Thank you for your interest in a donation from Universal Studios Hollywood

All requests for charitable donations must be submitted online to the Community Relations Department for review. Requests must be received 6-8 weeks prior to the event date to be considered. At this time we are only able to consider requests from organizations located in and directly impacting Los Angeles County, CA.

Additional guidelines include:

  • Donations will be considered for charitable, non-profit organizations only. We are unable to consider donations that would benefit an individual or family and/or support events that are raising funds to benefit other organizations (businesses, service/civic groups, or other third parties).
  • Requests for the donation of passes for Universal Studios Hollywood special events will not be considered (including Halloween Horror Nights).
  • If the data received online is complete and falls under our guidelines, we will review your request and provide a response in approximately 6-8 weeks. Due to the large amount of requests we receive, we are unable to provide a status of your request by phone or e-mail. Unfortunately, we cannot process late requests or accept requests by fax. You will receive notification as to your status via e-mail or by letter. Please note that we receive far more requests than we are able to accommodate.
  • Requests that are approved will receive tickets 1-2 weeks prior to the event but are not guaranteed beyond that timeframe. Tickets are subject to expiration dates, are non-transferable, and may not be re-sold. Organizations which receive donations are responsible for any tax implications and all gift reporting.
